Clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of sweetish pale malt, straw, honey. Taste of sweet honey, pale malt, straw, moderate bitterness.

@Festival Bochum. Smooth mild beginning. Easy to drink, hints of honey in the back. Mild fruity, grainy.

1000ml bottle [as Honig Bier, 6.8% abv]. Opalescent, amber colour with small, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, malty and slightly doughy yeasty aroma, hints of brioche, honey. Taste is sweet-ish, malty, minimally doughy yeasty and minimally grassy, bitter hoppy, hints of honey, brioche, an alcoholic touch. Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, slightly dry palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Simple, a bit muggy - not convincing.

Getreidiger, wenig süß-herber Antrunk. Süffig, spritzig, geringe Hefigkeit. Nuancen von Honig im Hintergrund, leicht steigende Herbe. Langer, weich herb-würziger Nachgeschmack. Gefällt. 10/9/11/9//9
