From one Getränkmarkt, Interlaken, in june 2023. Opening this bottle on friday, sharing it with my wife after the work. Classical pale ale, brewed on the American way, this one is rather dry, malty, tpich of yeast at the final, bitter, dry hop, resinous,.21.04.24

hazy orage colour, medium sized creamy beige-ish head; aroma and taste of elderberry, some orange-ish, bready and slight tea notes; not bad at all

Eigentlich gefiel mir primär der Name des Bieres, der mich an Emmentaler erinnerte. Geschmacklich ist es recht bitter, doch sind die Aromen sehr gut gestaltet sind. So kommen harzige Aromen und dazu ordentliche grasige und getreidige Töne. Für ein PA etwas hart, aber doch gut trinkbar.

on tap at basler biermarkt. pours an almost clear golden with a medium head. mild aroma of floral hops, elderflower, fruits, bread. flavour of bread, citrus zest, spruce. medium bitter finish.
