Pale golden color with a white head. Ok intensity in the aroma. Medium body and an average carbonation. A bit dry and a fine mellow acidity. Citric, herbal, some salt and wheat in the flavor. A very refreshing, tasty and easy drinkable beer.

Sampled draft @ Tilquin English Beer Festival 2016. Clear golden, creamy white. Nose is very mineral, overly mineral, going almost to salt, little yoghurt in the base. Taste is big mineral, rather salty, oddly some sugar as well, base is dull yoghurt. Body is mineral, tad salty. Very simple beer, base is simple sour yoghurt & lots of mineral qualities & some straight-up salt. Okay for what it is.

Draft @ Tilquin English Fest ’16, courtesy of and shared with the fine Belgian RB crew.

1st May 2016
Bright clear gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is light, dry and has decent fine carbonation. Trace of smoke. Savoury start. Lemony citrus, tangy. Savoury builds in to clear salt. Salty aftertaste. A bit salty overall.
