From Tap. Fast klare hell goldgelbe Farbe, mittelgroße weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch nach hellem kraut, dezent säuerlich. Geschmack mild säuerlich, Gewürze, helles Kraut, mild fruchtig, wenig salzig.

Draught No head left over pale golden beer. Flowery, blossoms, honey - as to the mineral? It’s called Gose, no? Sweetish, and faitnly spicy (coriander?) flavour. Other grains. Light body, but rather slick to viscous MF. Not impressed. IMHO, this is not really a Gose.

30/IV/16 - on tap @ Tilquin English Beer Festival - BB: n/a (2016-472) Thanks to the Belgian Ratebeer Crew (and Beerhunter111) for sharing today's beers!
Clear pale beige beer, creamy white head, little stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: pretty fruity, bit spicy, lemony, bit funky. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very salty, pretty dirty, weird, vegetal. Aftertaste: salty, weird, little lemony, meh.

Tap @ In De Wildeman, sample size. Hazy yellow color. White head, not much. Aroma’s: sourish, besjegort, light salty. Retronasal it’s sourish, malty sweet with a pinch of salt. Flavor is moderate sweet, moderate sour with some salt. Light bodied. Quite high carbonation. I still find it hard to get used to salt in my beer (as I do in my coffee).

Sampled from tap at ’In de Wildeman’. Clear, golden yellow, no head. Sourish-fruity aroma of lemon, gooseberry, some rhubarb, a bit of straw and oak. Sourish-fruity taste of lemon, gooseberry, some rhubarb, straw and oak, followed by a short, rather tart finish. Thin body, spritzy and astringent mouthfeel, flat. Quite sour, but also rather tasty.

Clear pale yellow colour. Interesting mix of citric sourness and salty sea scum. Thin and light bodied.

Tap@Banksia, Copenhagen - gold pour with white head. Fruity and floral hoppy with some zesty lemon prominence, light citric spice, well judged salty notes here, nice.

Clear golden colour, white head. Fruity aroma, apricot. Salty flavour, yoghurt, peach. Salty finish. Too salty for my taste, but otherwise OK.
