Starke Karbonisierung. Mild rauchiger, wenig säuerlicher Beginn. Trocken, leider wässrig werdend. Dumpf rauchiger Mittelteil, geringe Herbe, laff. Kurzer, minimal rauchiger Abgang. 9/8/9/8/9/8

01-02-19 // 330ml bottle. Unclear murky dirty mustard. Big head. The nose is a subtle smoke and fruit pairing. Aroma is quite yeasty. Dry bread. Mild ale fruity. Soft and mild smoked malts. Light bitter. Interesting.
