Frischer geht’s nicht! Frisch geernteter Hopfen aus Großenehrich im Kyffhäuserkreis, der gleich in der Heimathafen – Erfurter Braumanufaktur verarbeitet wurde. Daraus gebraut: ein IPA, ein India Pale Ale, mit viel Hopfen und viel Malz. Das wissen auch schon die Engländer seit Jahrhunderten zu schätzen.

0.33 l bottle from 'Craftbeershop.com', best before April 2026. Hazy, orangeish golden with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, quite fruity, slightly dank aroma of pineapple, orange and gooseberry. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, rather fruity and a bit dank taste of pineapple, orange, tangerine and gooseberry, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice one.

Slightly hazy golden beer with a off white head. Aroma of mild citrusy hops, flowers fruity malt. Taste of flowers, mild citrusy hops, biscuit malt. Moderate bitterness.

Hopfiger, säuerlich hefiger Beginn, schlammig. Süffig, zum Mittelteil rund, stark hefig bleibend, etwas bitter werdend. Mittellanger Abgang. Dunkel, leicht schokoladig. 10/10/9/9/9/9
