A Berliner Weisse pale yellowish with fine bubbles. In aroma the fruity notes of the peach stand out and generates a very exotic and captivating fragrance. In mouth it combines acidity and freshness, followed by the delicate sweetness of the peach that is balanced with the nuances generated by the wheat flakes and yeast Lactobacillus, essential to obtain the clean character of lactic acid so characteristic in this Berlin style.

10.11.2018 -- 0.33l bottle from qoqa, 07.2018--30.07.2019. pours a hazy pale golden with a quickly diminishing head. aroma of japanese quince, candy. flavour of japanese quince, peach, citrus. sour but not too tart, slight sweetness is present as well. the quince aroma is too strong and out-of-place somehow, almost artificial.

Bottle, shared by gunnfryd. A lightly hazy pale golden colored beer with a small white head. The aroma has loads of peach candy, some light bread and a generic fruityness. It's medium bodied and quite dry on the palate, with a soft carbonation. Peach, lemon, orange juice and bread in the flavor, all lasting a while. Well, it's a tasteful one, but too much on the artificial peach lemonade side. 180329
