A Berliner Weisse pale yellowish with fine bubbles. In aroma the fruity notes of the peach stand out and generates a very exotic and captivating fragrance. In mouth it combines acidity and freshness, followed by the delicate sweetness of the peach that is balanced with the nuances generated by the wheat flakes and yeast Lactobacillus, essential to obtain the clean character of lactic acid so characteristic in this Berlin style.

Color dorado claro y brillante, espuma blanca de retención media-corta. Aroma dulzón y afrutado con notas de albaricoque maduro y orejones. En boca es fina, ligera , punzante, ácida y ligeramente dulce, sin amargor, final seco. Agradable

Clear bright yellow blond beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: all artificial peach flavourings, peach flavoured candy, very sugary impression. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: very sourish start, lots of peaches, peach candy, a bit artificial, very intense peach flavour. Aftertaste: good acidity, very fruity, sourish, more peaches, refreshing and nice!

A: clear pale golden, no head.
A: 'Ice Tea Green', peach, Napoléon candy.
T: sweet-sour ice tea peach, lemon, green tea.
F: softly tart peach.
P: medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation.
Quite flat and I prefer Ice Tea Green as a soft drink, so for a beer it hits too close to home.

Pours pale yellowblonde. No head at all. Scent is herbal, peachy, tea (green tea) . Taste is tart, dry, higher carbo over a thin body. Peach, green tea. Touch malty/wheat is very present. Drying finish. Overly perfumy, but the base seems very alright. Acidity is very mild, yet not completely lost.

Salt, ctrus fruity to orange fruity notes in the aroma. flavor is quite sour beer , salty, lemon,clementines. Flavor is quite sour for a berliner weisse , still a bit salty, works quite well, then there is some lemon and oranges which also works well but i think we are drifting a bit away from style now. quite tasty, quite quenching, good one.

Caña en el lúpulo feroz Oviedo 01..03..2019 sesión espiga inauguración 20 grifos lúpulo. Color amarillento velado con espuma blanca. Sabores frescos ligeramente herbales con toques cítricos. Cuerpo ligero fácil de beber con algo de gas. Buena, Refrescante.
