Unser Dominica Double Dry Hopped Pale Ale schmeckt nach Karibik: Sechs verschiedene Hopfensorten, sehr großzügig eingesetzt, sorgen für ein fruchtig, tropisches Aroma. Gleichzeitig machen die geringe Bittere, der moderate Alkoholgehalt und seine Leichtigkeit das Dominica zu einem Bier, dass man in der warmen Karibiksonne genießen möchte – am liebsten am Strand oder an einem der zahlreichen Wasserfälle unser Lieblingsinsel.

Draught @ Galopper des Jahres, Hamburg. Pours hazy datk amver with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of hops and citrus, with estery notes and malty touches. Bitter and citric flavour of hops, with touches of yeast and malt and mild fruity hints. Acidic and estery aftertaste. Decent.

Bottled 330ml. -from Schneider’s Getränkemarkt Cologne. Darker golden coloured, medium sized white head, citrusy and light grassy nose. Citrusy, grassy, slightly buttery, notes of fruits and rather strong carbonation.
