Unser Dominica Double Dry Hopped Pale Ale schmeckt nach Karibik: Sechs verschiedene Hopfensorten, sehr großzügig eingesetzt, sorgen für ein fruchtig, tropisches Aroma. Gleichzeitig machen die geringe Bittere, der moderate Alkoholgehalt und seine Leichtigkeit das Dominica zu einem Bier, dass man in der warmen Karibiksonne genießen möchte – am liebsten am Strand oder an einem der zahlreichen Wasserfälle unser Lieblingsinsel.

Frischer, stark hopfiger Beginn, der durch die zu starke Karbonisierung gestört wird. Nach Herausschütteln der Kohlensäure weich hopfig-karamellig, etwas grasig, vollmundig. Dunkel, süffig hopfig, mittelstarke Herbe. 11/10/11/10/11/11

33cl bottle from Craftbeer-shop.com Poured cloude orange deep color. Thick white head. Fizzy carbonation. Some piney notes as first, strawberry later on. Malts, some grapefruit. Bit yeasty overall. Light, bitter finish.

Bottle at alle elbe, hamburg. Cloudy golden to orange color, soapy white head, fair persistence. Aroma is all about juicy hops, pineapple, grapefruir, lime, mango. Smooth pale malt. Some chalky mineral tones, taste juicy, watery, mild bitter, light tart, lemony. Refreshing dry finish, aromatic, loadsnof hops resin. Nice

On tap at 6. Bremer Craft Bier Tage. Unclear golden with an one finger head in the glass. Smells tropical fruity, hints of cat amoniak (sorry ...). Taste is yeasty, tropical, some rhubarb resin. Not really my cup of tea.
