Keg at Pigs Ear '19, day one, 03/12/19. Light cherry red with a crimson cap. Nose is tangy cherries, straw, grains, grass. Taste comprises cherry yoghurt, stoned berry fruits, tarte cherry compote, light acidic bimble. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Ok simple sour.

Key keg at the St Albans Beer festival 2019. A hazed fluroro pink red coloured pour with a lasting fine light pink head. Aroma is dusty, tangy cherry, pithy,. Flavour is composed of sour lemon, pithy citrus, dusty and sharp, bitter red berry, cranberry. Palate is sharp, tangy, highish carbonation. Abrasive.
