Danke an Dorin. Weich herber, süßlich getreidiger Beginn. Dabei nimmt dir Herbe im Mittelteil leicht ab, glücklicherweise verschwindet auch die Süße und das Bier wird trocken. Herb-würziger Abgang. 9/8/9/10/9/9

BOTTLE 50 CL. Clear yellow gold, white head with lacing. Lovely lemon and honey, with a subtle bread and cereal note. Perfectly clean - no industrial shit whatsoever. The taste is close to the aroma, only much weaker, unfortunately. The body is light, but not watery - which is the only letdown. Infinitely light grassy bitterness. Close to the very best German helles'es.
