500ml bottle. Minimally milky, amber colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally toasty, pale malty and slightly caramel malty aroma, weak hoppy overtones, whiffs of rock sugar, doughy yeasty overtones as well. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally toasty, caramel malty and minimally strawy, pale malty, a touch of caramel and rock sugar., mildly bitter, hoppy counterpart, minimally bready and doughy yeasty overtones. Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, soft carbonation. Not very Kölsch- or Wiess-like, rather a dark Kellerbier - quite nice nevertheless.

Slightly hazy golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mild herbal pale malt, straw, flowers. Taste of moderate spicy and herbal hops, pale malt, yeast, easy to drink.

Getreidig herber, mild hefiger Beginn. Frisch, mild würzig, erfrischend. Herber, etwas hopfiger Abgang. 10/9/9/9//9
