Bottled at Delirium, Gothenburg. Hazy, golden beer with a small, white head. Fruity aroma with sweetness, yeast and some alcohol. Some notes of soap as well. Sweet, fruity flavor with alcohol, lemon and yeast. Sweet and full-bodied. Alcohol and sweetness in the finish. Not the best tripel I’ve had, but the best I’ve tasted from Authentique so far. (Bottle 33 cl) Hazy amber golden with a small, off-white head. Sweet, floral - almost perfumy - nose with some alcohol presence. Very full body with sweet malt and some floral notes - a bit of yeastiness also. This really is an alcohol bomb. 240806

Bottled. Honey golden color, small white head. Slightly sour, but fruity nose - apricot, mango. Fruity, slightly sour and wheaty. Very sweet and fruity as a triple.

Fully muddy orange; dirty-yellowish thick head. Very creamy nose, fresh diary, yoghurt, little bit of coriander; very yeasty and hops - fresh, it would seem. All green-yeasty taste, non-fermented worts, meaty, proto-fruity flavours, full of still fermentable sugars. Very full, fleshy MF, sweet aftertaste. Brewers, CONDITION your beer before selling it off, g*d*mmit!
