A bit harsh and too bitter, not super cleanly brewed. Overall mediocrity at best. LaBrewtory Chisinau

On tap at Smokehouse, pours a hazy dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out light hop resins, some caramel and bready notes. Flavour is rather dull, with bready malt, toasted caramel and very subdued hop resins. A bit flat, but it's drinkable.

DEC-2018. Draft at the brewery. Hazy dark amber, beige head. The aroma is subtle fruit, cooked fruit, little caramel - not too heavy on sugars, a little bready. The taste nicely restrained on sugars - no big caramel, thank you very much - a little bready and roasty, a little nutty. Light clean grassy spicy bitterness. Clean, crisp, respectable easy brew. 6-4-7-4-14=3,5/

FEB-2018. PET growler from Craft Baza 2. Cloudy amber, off-white head. Light aroma of fruit and jam, but also quite a bit of cereals and bread crust. Taste: light jammy fruit, toasted bread crust that is nicely oily. Robust herbal bitterness. A little yeasty, but nothing offensive. Not bad for a first batch. 6-3-6-4-13.
