Brut IPA 2.0

Sample glass of Batch 12 probably at the brewery. Light hazy golden yellow beer, small head. Aroma is citrus, hops, light yeastm taste is the same, yeasty, citrus, hops, malt. Not bad.

On tap @Smokehouse in Chisinau-Moldova. Proper clear golden pour a bit dark with a long-lasting medium foam. Nose: OMG smells like a peach-soap! Mouthfeel: detergent, it is terrible! Oh gosh

Süffiger, hopfig grasiger Beginn. Frisch, weich herb, hohe Süffigkeit. Würzig herber Mittelteil, getreidig, mittellanger Abgang. Rund, frisch. 10/9/10/9//9

JUL-2019 as Brut 3.0. Hazy golden, small white head. Really bold citrus peel oil aroma with good warm background dank. Really short on malts and proper sweet fruity notes. Similar taste - dry citrus peel, spicy peppery citrus oil bitterness - pungent ans sharp yet gentle and smooth. So drinkable and tasty. Excellent. 4,0/5.

DEC-2018. Really hazy bright gold, off-white head with some lacing. The aroma is unsweet citrus, citrus pit, little no no malts, light hints of bubble gum and alcohol. Basically, what you expect from a drier IPA, just maybe not as strong as I would like it to be. The flavour is along the same lines - minimal sugar, pithy mouth coating hops, no big fruit juice. Again, a little more oomph would be nice - it feels just a little too thin at times. Solid. 3,8/5.
