Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5
Hazy bright yellow, diminishing white head. The aroma is light bread, rye bread - but not toasted, lemony acid notes. Taste - way less sweet than the average Cvas (in fact, the least sweet of the bunch), again, light bready and quite a bit of plain lemon / carbonic acidity. A bit too close to a lemonade, I'm afraid.

Danke an Dorin. Leicht getreidiger, hell säuerlicher Beginn. Brotig, steigende Säure, Hefe. Säuerlich brotig, Zitrone. Interessant. 9/7/8/6//7
