Can at home from honest brew. A light hazed yellow petrol coloured pour with a fading loose white head. Aroma is white grape,lychee, some jammy citrus, lemon, light champagne. Flavour is composed of crisp light grains, white grapes, lychee, grapefruit rind, flinty dryness. Palate is crisp and dry, highish carbonation,

Can at home, 04/11/18. Lightly hazed pale golden yellow with a decent off white covering. Nose is mellow citric pith, toasted grains, melon, lemon rind, straw, light white grape skins. Taste comprises ripe melon, light pine, lemon zest, orange pith, green berry notes, lemon zest, airy malts, grassy. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with balanced light dankish hop bitterness with a good tang. Decent.
