We teamed up with our besties at HOMES to brew two unique rum punch inspired beers to age in rum barrels and then receive copious amounts of fruit. First we started with a long list of fruits on a shared Google doc. Then we conducted a live draft to create the blends for both the HOMES and Speciation blends. Mitch drafted blackberry, guava, pear, ginger, and lime!

750ml bottle pours out golden orange topped with a fizzy head. Nose is nice mix of fruit stone and tropical some rum notes. Taste is more of the nice fruit mix rum barrel spice notes.

Crowler from Holiday Market shared. Pours a tomato ruby red fruit punch color with a small bit of off-white foam that dissipates. Tropical punch aromas with guava, blackberry and lime standing out. More lime on the palate with spicy fresh sliced ginger notes that complement the blackberry really well. Tart fruit, but also a soft pear note underneath. Good body, acidity is restrained. Well balanced and executed sour from Speciation and HOMES.
