Pours amber, thin head, bit hazy. Aroma is sugary, barleywine-ish, bit of booze over there. Taste is sweet, some carbonation and caramel. Still barleywine-ish although easier than most barleywines I have had. Sour notes, boozy. Not really digging it - and not really getting any brett.

Bottle. Pours a hazy golden amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty bretty caramel aroma. Fruity malty spicy bretty caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy bretty finish.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Rocket Attack Of the Brett Zombies ].Clear medium orange amber color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, caramel, leather - brett. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, caramel, sweet malt, brett, leather. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20151024]
