Thank you for sharing! Sampled 330 ml. bottle @ Gents Bierfestival 2016. Hazy orange, little white head. Nose is diryt brett, old brett, very basic sweet malt. Taste is wet mop & dirty brett, dishwashing liquid & huge malt sweetness, sugar, thick caramel, sugar,β¦ Body is dirty brett, thick malt, sugar. Another Rocket beer where I dislike the brett strain used.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours amber with a slight haze and a small, off-white head. Heavy, sweet and vanillaish aroma - delicious. Rich malty, body, some caramel, subtle funk but not really overpowering. Again distinct oak, and a little dry tannins. Well made. 140616

Bottle from Barley Wine. Pours hazy orangey copper with a beige head. Nice little Brett aroma. Maybe some floral. Med body or so. Flavor is a nice little Brett thing. Something in the light sour suggests citrus. Very little brown sugar, thanks, no doubt, to the Brett Zombies. Arguably a little earthy. Itβs very pleasant. Nicely done.

Bottle at Appellation Wines tasting. Hazy orange/amber body with a thin white head. Faint lacing. Aroma of red apple, funky yeast and plums. Flavour of raspberry vinegar and cheesy hops. Medium body with a frothy mouthfeel. Soft fizz. An unusual beer.

Bottle thanks to Stuu666. Cloudy amber with a nice fluffy head. Big Brett and apple thing. Tangy lemon and apple. Nice long lean dry palate.

Bottle shared at a tasting. Thanks Neil! Light caramel notes with wood, twigs, grass and some brown sugar as it warms. Brett comes out on the palate more than the nose with some malty sweetness and booze. Hides the abv fairly well though and the body feels light. Slightly dry finish. Enjoyable! --- Beer merged from original tick of Attack of the Brett Zombies on 30 Jan 2016 at 22:58 - Score: 7. Original review text: Thanks Neil
