(Bottle, Café Arendsnest, amsterdam, 2 Aug 2010) Cloudy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, spicy nose with notes of citrus, grapefruit, grass and hay. Fruity, spicy taste with citrus, apricots, grapefruit, spices and earthy hops in a fairly bitter, spicy finish. More than medium body, with a light sweetness. Solid saison with all the right characeristics of earthy hops, spices, citrus and grass. Excellent.

Bottled. Cloudy pale amber, fairly rich head. Herbal spices stock out in the hoppy nose. Medium dry with vital maltiness. Really hoppy with notes of estery winegums. Poperinge style hops gives orange marmelade and a long bitter finish. Remarkably good!

Bottle, 7%. Malty aroma with good, sweet, teaish hop notes. Very small white head. Clear, shiny copper colour. The flavour is nice and sweet, flowery from the hops. With a hint of yeast aftertaste. Nicely used hops.
