Bottle from Arendsnest in Amsterdam. Possibly the best Dutch beer I have ever had. The aroma has a considerable hop presence. Gold color, and not quite clear. Flavor has spices and citrus hops as well as yeast. This is clearly recognizable as a saison but the spices. Very good aroma and flavor, it is an assertive beer. Very good.

A hazy orange beer with a fine head. The aroma is sweet spicy with notes of peach. The flavor is sweet spicy. A standard saison, but still an OK beer.

Cloudy orange color, short head. Aroma of spices, hops, flowers/blossom. Sweet and dry blossom taste. I would say the βsaisonβ is spring.

Hazy orange with greenish shine; big fluffy head, quite stable and lacey. Perfumey nose, bit of vanilla and/or lemonbalm; faint spicey hops. Harsh bitter-spicey taste superposed on caramel-sweet. honeyish background - and coriander, I presume. Seems well-bodied, but I think the spices beef it up. Spicey & burnt chicory keeps hanging around in the aftertaste. At the end, a little agreable sourness builds up. If you could call any very spiced ale "Saison", it would be a saison indeed. Which isn't saying this wouldn't be worth trying.
