Brew One is our original ale. First brewed in November 2011, Brew One is a honey coloured ale with more subtle flavours than our Best. It has a pronounced floral aroma. All in all Brew One is a lovely pint and is available all year in cask.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
Cask at the Red Lion, Amblecote. Pours dark orange with a medium head. Aroma is light bread and tropical notes. Taste has a light bready start and a light, fruity bitter finish.
