First Trappist Beer made in Spain, first brewed in 2016. Triple blonde with a 7-degree graduation. Elaborated from a careful selection of barley malt, hops, yeast and water, and with a second fermentation in the bottle, following the centuries-old tradition of the Trappist master brewers.

Fles gekregen van Inoven, gedeeld met Roelzie. Het is een licht troebel koperkleurig bier met een volle beige schuim. Het heeft een aroma van mout en hop. De smaak is moutig, zacht zoet, honing en een hopje in de afdronk.

Bottle at home shared with Thompson. Clear darker orange golden color, average to decent sized white to off-white head that diminishes fairly quickly. Aroma and flavor are malts, not a lot more in the aroma, sweetish a bit, don't get much more. Overall pretty okay, but nothing special.

Pint at Bee Beer is a murky burnt honey color. White head. Sugary nose, lightly fusel. Yeast notes. Some honey and some grist. Flavors follow. Lacks the complexity of the Belgian versions. Medium full bodied. Sweet finish.

330ml bottle from Hoppy Craft, St Omer. Pours a misty yellow, white head. Weak blonde nose. Flavour profile comes across more like a middle of the road blonde than a trappist triple, seems quite distant from the usual Belgian Trappist standard. Have to say I'm a little disappointed.
