Pours clear gold into a shaker. White head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Hay and biscuit aromas. Crisp with dusty caramel, lemon peel and meadow upfront turning to dry, bitter earth and pith in the medium length finish.

US Pint, on-tap in Rose's Tap Room, San Diego on 19th January 2022. Nice crisp Pilsener, clean and clear golden body, ideal after wandering around the 'Old Town' doing touristy things in the afternoon sun.
