Draught (8.6%) @ the brewpub, Tijuana. Aroma has coffee and licorice. Flavour has strong salty licorice tones, coffee and herbal tones. Palate is smooth and low on CO2. Alcohol warms in the finish. Too salty but good anyway.

Draught @ Mamut Brewing Co, Tijuana, Mexico.
Pours pitch black with a smooth brown head. Aroma of roasty malts, coffee, licorice and syrup. Taste is roasty, sweetish and salty with loads of licorice, some coffee and syrup. Finish is sweetish and roasty with some syrup. Surprisingly good.
