Our Bitburger & Sierra Nevada Triple Hop’d Lager is brewed from three hop varieties—Cascade from the Eifel region in Germany and Centennial and Chinook from the USA— to create a fruity hop taste that is in perfect balance with the beer’s slightly bitter flavor. Cascade from the Eifel region in Germany and Centennial and Chinook from the USA – and refined with the “Bitburger Siegelhopfen,” our own seal hops blend. Our collaboration brew is an exciting mix that combines a fruity hop taste with a balanced bitter-malty flavor.

Hay and lemongrass nose. Cloudy and wispy amber, thick head, good retention. Very grassy. Mild bread crust peeks through in the end. Light body, soft carbonation, bitter.

330ml can from Beers of Europe, drunk at home. The colour is light to mid-gold, a little hazy, with a small film of white head. Smells of grapefruit, dried grass and a bit of pine. Taste is deliciously balanced. Sweet at first with a pronounced hop bitterness taking shape after the initial sip. Pink grapefruit, some gentle grassy character, just the right touch of medicinal astringency. Thin to medium body with carbonation slightly on the heavy side. Really grew on me.

Easy drinking, with great hop profile. Some orange and some light peel. Pours golden with good head and lacing. Light bitter end. Can.

Thanks to my brother for sticking this at 4th of July cookout. Hazy gold lager and frothy head. Nose is light citrus and yeasty. Tastes of minerals, yeast, lemony hops. Bitter. Enjoyable

330ml can online from My Friend the Murderer. Pours light hazed pale golden with a white head. Aroma: toasted grains, honey, lemon, herbal. Taste: light sweet & light to moderate bitter, clean, citrus, lemon, hoppy. Medium body, average carb, crisp hoppy finish. Delicious

Can at home, Nivala. Thanks to snowcrash000! Canned 02.04.20. Color is slightly cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, hops and malts. Not very fruity but I like intense hop level. Very interesting!

Bitburger / Sierra Nevada Triple hop'd lager, Dose vom Craft Beer Store Steffenberg. - Goldbraun, gut trüb; üppiger Schaum. - In der Nase satter, kerniger und ein wenig harter exotischer Hopfen, Zitrusfrucht, Pampelmuse aber ohne die obergärige Fruchtigkeit eines Ales - dies ist eindeutig ein Lagerbier. - Antrunk saftig zitrusfruchtig-hopfenherb, gut (aber nicht übertrieben) bitter, mit solidem hellen Malz und sogar ein wenig Malzsüße. Milder rezent, vollmundig, weich. Im Abgang saftige harzige Hopfenherbe, die trotz der amerikanischen Hopfensorten auch etwas Pilsartig-Deutsches hat. - Kernig exotisch-zitrusfruchtig gehopftes Bier mit unverkennbarer Lager-Charakteristik, sauber und runder als viele Pale-Ale-Brauversuche. Pour is a hazy gold with a large white head. Aroma is lemon drop hop and some cream. Flavor is more lemony hop with a clean lager malt and ends with some pithy bittering hops. Decently hopped with a neutral malt that does not get in the way of the hops. Super drinkable on a summer day.

Bitburger Sierra NevadaTriple Hop'd Lager picked up from REWE, Nandlstadt. Had this sat in the garden Saturday 27th June 2020, just about to cook Gnocchi with Blue Cheese. Listening to Sparkling - I Want to See Everything. Hazy warm gold with a white head, dry, bitter, lager, fuzzy, furryness. Flinty, mineral, bite, nice softness in the mouth, I like this, the 3C hops work well.
