Our Bitburger & Sierra Nevada Triple Hop’d Lager is brewed from three hop varieties—Cascade from the Eifel region in Germany and Centennial and Chinook from the USA— to create a fruity hop taste that is in perfect balance with the beer’s slightly bitter flavor. Cascade from the Eifel region in Germany and Centennial and Chinook from the USA – and refined with the “Bitburger Siegelhopfen,” our own seal hops blend. Our collaboration brew is an exciting mix that combines a fruity hop taste with a balanced bitter-malty flavor.

0.33l can. Clear golden/orange body with a lasting white head. Bready malts in the aroma with a decent amount of hops to it. Pine is the strongest from the hoppy notes, but apricot and tangerine is there too. It even has a bit of earthy note to it. Taste of piny hops, grapefruit, grape seed and some grainy malts. Easy to drink. The aroma is not super bold, but definitely have much more punch than an average lager. Good one.

Bitburger / Sierra Nevada collab. Supermarket can at Camping Donnersberg. Hops mustve come from SN and have that typical sweet resiny and light herbal taste. Doughy soft sweet malts, light spicy edge by hop and/or yeast. Pleasant.

Can 33 cl. Pours a clear, dark golden with a dense and lacing white head. Very spicy aromatics. Medium body, a dry maltiness, again these spicy hops and a soewhat bitter finish. Just think I expected more from these two giants. Seems a little old perhaps, but doesn't expire until 02.21. 200720

330 ml can. Unclear dark golden orange, fluffy white head. Grassy citrus hops, hay, straw, some caramel, a bit metal. Hoppy bitterness, malty sweetness. Full bodied, oily texture, soft to lively carbonated, metallic bitter finish. Well hopped Märzen / IPL, surprisingly good!
