Bottle 65cl from Vinmonopolet Tromsoe. Amber, clear with a large offwhite head. Fruit aroma, some caramel and sweet malt. Sweet taste with light bitterness. Warm dried fruit end.

650ml bottle, 11.2 % abv, shared by Finn. Off-white head to a hazed copper coloured body. Good lacing. Dried fruits, berry skins and earthy malts on the nose, inviting. Rich taste profile of berry fruits, oak vanilla, figs and caramel. Backbone of bourbon. Well bodied. Nice slow sipper rather sweet in the long run. (Session with Finn, janeriks, Snegurochka and TheCellerar, Tromsø 15.03.2018).

Flaske fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø - Langnes. Delt med Janeriks, Rune, Sneguchka og TheCellerar på Nerstranda. Mørk amber. Lavt lysebrunt skum. Aroma av bourbon. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken tørket frukt. Søte mandler i ettersmaken. Litt tungdrikkelig.

Bottle pour. Poured a hazy amber color with a medium sized, slightly off-white head. Aroma was a blast of booze, big rich caramel character. Dried fruits, with tangerine shine through. Flavor was dried fruits, tangerine, booze.

Backlog. Deep orange with beige head. Loads of tangerine, both zest and fruit, some dry wood, caramel. Pretty harsh and unbalanced. Tangerine is totally overpowering.

Sampled from a 22 oz brown bottle this beer poured a nut brown color with a large foamy tan head that lingered and left excellent lacing. The aroma was boozy with cheap whiskey, mint, tangerine, caramel and leather. The flavor was caramel, raisin, cheap whiskey, leather and a light citric note. Long finish. Medium body. Quite disappointing.

bottle. hazy brown, smooth light brown head. herbal flowery and citrussy aroma. quite herbal. flavor is boozy, sort of belgian, but lacking the belgian yeast part, artificial candy notes, coconut, too clean, leave this art to the belgians.

Bottle @ the brewery courtesy of Adam Avery. Pours an amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy woody tangerine vanilla and dark fruit aroma. Sweetish malty spicy woody vanilla dark fruit and tangerine flavor with hints of caramel. Has a sweetish malty woody spicy dark fruit vanilla and tangerine finish.

Sample at Beer Meets Wood on 09/23/2017. Dark amber color with a medium light beige head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of yeast, dark fruit, oak and malt. Full-bodied with flavors of earthy yeast, dark fruit, vanilla and oak. The finish is oaky and fruity with a bourbon aftertaste. Pretty good beer all around.
