Wheat Grisette brewed exclusively with local malts and Luskville hop, a wild hop breed from Lupuline hopyard in Outaouais and fermented with Brett Drei.

The result is a dry thirst quencher with high aromatics and a great body despite it’s low final gravity. A real showcase of local ingredients!

Santé!

750ml bottle. Hazy yellow/golden pour, with a big billowy white head. Lovely Aroma, peppery, sweet tropical fruit, sharp peach skins, some apricot, and green, pungent hop cones. Great mouth feel, solid carb. Finish is light on the bitterness, some subtle sour lemon zest and citrus oil, with some light wheat and more green hop comes. Incredibly drinkable, excellent.

This is a bit yeasty, with a light fruitiness, with a nice balance, good touch of malt.

Draught at Darby’s Gastown, Vancouver
Cloudy blond color. Delicate Belgian yeast develops mild spicy character and lighter fruity esters, for a result that is both elegant and interesting.
Very good Grisette.
