Bottle. Amber beer with a dark cream head. Summer fruit and grapefruit aroma with light caramel. Grapefruit and pine flavor with summer fruit and malt. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Grapefruit and pine lingers with summer fruit and light earth.

On tap at Taco Mac. Pours copper with a small head. The aroma is caramel, orange rinds, and some earthy notes. The flavor is pleasantly bitter, with a good malt backbone. The palate is light to medium and uneventful. This is a good IPA, but doesnβt really stand out.

Bottle. I will definitely be looking for this in the future Orange with thick white head. Resiny and piney hop aroma. Full bodied floral flavour with a good chewiness. Hoppy finish.

Courtesy of SuperDave. Thanks man. 12oz bottle pours clear copper with off white head. The aroma is mild with muted spicy hops to earthy hops along with hints of sweet malts. The taste is similar with spicy hops running into earthy hops near midway and supported by some sweet malt notes. It seems to mirror the nose closely. Nice and easy drinking but the whole hop experience is on the light side for the style. I actually expected something bolder than this.

Pours light amber with a creamy off-white head. Aroma of floral and citrus hops. Med body. Flavor is light, light caramel with an odd hop flavor - floral and some sort of herbal thing. Maybe also citrus. Not harsh - a bit different, but quite good.

Pours clear gold into a Sam glass. Conglomerate head recedes like seafoam leaving scant sheets to coat surface. Pine and resin aromas. Sweet toffee upfront turning dry in the lasting pine and resin finish.

12 oz. bottle, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is quite mild, with light citrus, along with some bready / grainy notes. Flavour of grassy, citrusy hops, with some bready, grainy and earthy tones integrated nicely with just enough malt balance. Fairly standard, unspectacular, though well-crafted IPA.

(Update - have had a few more times and has not seemed as sweet - also quite assertive without being abrasive - lots of tropical fruit - tasty and balanced - one of a handful of my go-to ipas when buying a sixer) First of all, I must say that I really like the new bottles Uinta is using - anyway, this beer pours a slightly hazy light copper with a soapy lace - potent, resinous, piney hops in the nose, with a bit of lemon ad orange zest - lightly sweet malt underneath - soft carbonation, full body - flavor has some fairly strong, tea-like crystal malt sweetness, but the sweetness is clean and in no way sticky - this provides a base for a fairly assertive hop profile - citric at first, piney through the middle and peppery/spicy in the finish - aggressive but not abrasive - a bit sweet for my tastes, but solid none-the-less.

Got a free bottle at the Brewβs Best Beer Fest on my trip to Vegas. Clean golden colour with an amber hue. Head is on the warm side with great retention and lacing. Aromas of hop, but not as much as I expected. Smooth mouthfeel with no burning at all. Hoppy IPA bitterness, and again milder, but what turns me off here is the rust found in the aftertaste. It does get better with time and goes down quite easily. A decent stronger ABV IPA that is not quite an Impy IPA.
