(Draught at Chez Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels, 17 Oct 2018) Pale amber colour with lasting, off-white head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of orange peel, apricots, resin and caramel. Malty, fruity taste with dried apricots, orange peel, caramel and a balanced spicy bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Nice one.

Drucken på fat på Malmö Brygghus Belgofestival. En alkoholmässigt lite lättare trippel som ändå känns oerhört koncentrerad och mycket välbalanserad. Krispig, potent med smake av jäst, koriander, örter, äpplen och säd. Mycket gott.

Gezapft im Moder Lambic Original. Leicht trübes mittel bis dunkles Bernstein mit viel Schaum. Aroma Fruchtig, Aprikose, Mango, Hopfen. Geschmack: Bitter, Getreide, Karamellbonbon, schwere Süße. Wenig Kohlensäure, cremig. Halblanger Nachgeschmack.
