Bottled (from La Houblonniere). Deep goldeny orange colour with small white head. Aroma is peach and sugar. Flavour is quite similar with some slight sourish/acidic notes. Quite ticking carbonation. Too sweet for my likes.

Bottle at ÅBF08. Citric and fruity aroma. The flavour is also citric and sweet. Not as sweet as other St. Louis beers IIRC.

Draft, Lindeman’s flute glass. This beer has a nice aroma, nothing distinct though, The taste is sweet with an underlying sourness of a lambic. The color is yelllow, body is low medium. An ok lambic overall.

(Bottle 25 cl) Orange golden beer with a white, bubbly head. Very high on CO2. Peachy, perfumy nose. Pronounced peachy flavours. A soft lambic with a fine balance between the sour and the sweet. Rather quenching. 230598
