Bottle @ Benzai, 15 cl sample. Slight hazy brownish color, short frothy head. Aroma is fruity, some oak wood, bit balsamico vinegar. Sweet and sour in taste, bit acetic, some oak wood. Decent sour brown, but a bit too much on the balsamico for me.

Bottle @ home shared by Dutchdrebus. Clear red to red-brown color, small beige head. Aroma is what I would expect from Brekeriet: quite sharp sour initially, but after a while a nice influence of sourish red fruits. Taste is very nice: subtle red fruits, subtle sour, nice dry sour finish, superbly balanced. Wow! Awesome!

Bottle @ benzai. Red brown colour with a small off-white head. Smells sour, dusty, red fruits. Tastes sour, slightly fruity, hint of malts. Great stuff. Medium body, soft carbo.

Komplex. Rodenbachklass minst. Riktigt gott.

(750ml bottle from kihoskh.dk) Pours clear (at least for the first pour) deep copper-red with a moderate off-white head that fades to a persistent ring wthout lace. Aroma is rather sour overall with a light caramel sweetness and notes of mild balsamic vinegar, tart cherry and cranberry/lingonberrry, light spice (cardamom and cinnamon?), dry musty oak with leather and light earth. Flavour is less full and intense than the nose, light caramel malt character, vinegar, tart red berries, spices more subtle, drying oak, a bit tannic, bone dry relatively short finish. Light to moderate mouthfeel with carbonation that is low but effervescent and mouthfilling. A very nice take on a

Bottle - Cherry, soured malts and earthy notes. Dirty brown and copper notes with a beige head. Light soured caramel malts with an earthy note. Decent, but not worth the price.

Bottle at Farmhouse Festival Vancouver, pours a deep dark reddish brown with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out light wood, some dark fruits and balsamic. Flavour is complex, with light balsamic, some wood, and dark fruits. Low acidity and only light vinegar. Complex and impressively flavourful for a sub-5% beer. Really nice.
