Draft. A red beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of vinegar, acetone, and berries. The flavor is acidic with notes of vinegar, lemons, berries, and acetone, leading to a tart finish. Nice one.

Draught. Frothy White good mostly lasting head. red amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and sour aroma. Moderate bitter nice moldy sour flavor. Nice balance between sour and barrel. Long intense wonderfull finish. Creamy palate.

Tap @ Fermentoren Aarhus. Hazy dark amber/brown with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, sour fruit, vinegar, oak, wood and a little dark fruit. Flavour is malt, sour fruit, vinegar, oak, wood, sour, tart, medium sweet, lemon and a little dry.
