Draught @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Pours dark brown with an small creamy tan head. Aroma of light sourness, yeast, brett, wood, oak, light vanilla, sweet and tart fruit. Flavor is sour, wood, yeast, oak, sour fruit, grapes. Thin to medium body, average to lively carbonation, acidic finish. 020416

Shared glass draft with sebletitje @ Swedish Beer Weekend #1 at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Spontaneously fermented you say (looking at the deScription)? Nice & very lovely beer. Aged for 8 months on whiskey barrels according to the waitress. Very dark brown, small but solid creamy tanned head. Nose is sour red fruits, light glue, sweetish oak & this red berries jam sourness. Taste is sour jam, massive oak upfront, sour jam, leading into chocolate notes, cacao nits, strong acidity underneath, some vanilla oak sweetness in the finish. Very nice & interesting especially with the great combo of cacao nibs and vanilla in the back, lots of dark fruit, sourness strong but underneath everything else. Body is light, easy to drink with a touch of jam. Drinks really well, lovely.

Draft @ ML Fontainas, Swedish Beer Wknd #1. Ambrée/foncée, col crémeux café au lait. Arôme offre un léger bouquet malté plaisant avec un rétro grillé accompagné de belles notes de barrique, principalement whisky et vin rouge. Palais est malté, grillé avec un tirant rappelant le moka, fin chocolaté avec un agréable profil boisé. Le tout penche vers un stouterik avec son alliage à la fois de notes surette/aigre et de vin rouge voire de whisky.

On tap at Akkurat. A bit hazy dark amber with a small head. Tart aroma of wood and berries. Tart taste of berries, wood, light vinegar and some very light hints of chocolate. Relaxed and kind of easy to drink. .

Keg at Akkurat, Stockholm. Almost clear mahogany colour, mid sized head. Distinct tart woody nose. Acetic with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Woody lemony cherry acidity, notes of buttery peat and lemon. Somewhat metallic bitterish finish. Wood is evident, whisky not. Interesting, quite tasty but somewhat unpolished.

Draft @ Taproom, Malmö. Pours a slightly hazy dark red amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity sour tart woody weak funky acidic aroma. Fruity sour tart woody flavor with weak vinegar hints. Has a fruity sour tart woody acidic finish with weak hints of caramel.
