750 ml bottle at Churchkey, shared with Naheem and Paul. Extra points for bottle appearance. Hazy yellow, thick white head. Aroma of cotton candy and dust. Taste of citrus, strawberry, grapefruit. Very hi carbonation, light to medium body. Very interesting!

Much appreciated bottle from secret santa. Pours orange with white head. The head dissipates quickly and has no retention. Highly carbonated. Nose is tea and lambic tartness. Taste is tart with very well balanced tea flavor. The tea really shines through and adds a level of complexity to the lambic base.
