Bottle, brewed for 'Weekend voor het goede doel 14 & 15 augustus 2015 t.v.v. Oud(t)doorfitness Ten Kerselaere'. Color: Orange amber, white head. Aroma: Lightly sourish, Saison yeast, fruity notes of grapes, some funk. Taste: Herbal Saison yeast, malty, hay, moderate to medium sweet, subtle notes of slightly tart and at the same time sweetish grapes and berries, sweet to rotten apples and some lime, limepeel. Light bitterness. Funky hints. Medium body, below average carbonation. Pretty unusual taste, just why I like Fantôme beers. Rather complex. Hard to describe all flavours, but this is a nice Fantome once again...

Bottle. Herbal and light citrus aroma. Taste is nice but a little strange, candy sweetness but bitter too. Lots of herbal stuff. Taste like sour nerds! Nice!

Bottle 750ml. [ As Fantôme Santé-19! ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, citrus, lime, spicy, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, herbs, apple. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, apple, fruity yeast, herbs, light lime - citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle @Ulfborg Tasting. Clear golden, airy, rocky white head. Fruity, floral hoppy aroma. Sweet flavour, yeasty with slightly rough citrus.

Bottle with Blipp, BeerandBlues2 and t0rin0. Cloudy yellow color bright white head. Floral aroma. Taste is bitter floral perfume. Interesting.

SLOW GUSHER ALERT!
Clear orange beer, big aery fluffy head, unstable, falls down quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: malty, orange peel, some caramel, bit oxidized. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet start, caramel, malty, bit sourish, funky, yeast, bitter, fruity notes, brett. Aftertaste: some tannins, fruity, orange peel, bit oxidized, bitter, dry, bit sourish, some brett notes. Nice one!

750 ml. bottle sampled & shared with Kraddel @ “The RARE Tasting”. Very hazy golden, lacing small white head. Nose is massive soapy ginger, cleaning products, cleaning products lemon, soap, massive perfume, artificial citrus, lemongrass, excessive. Taste is same excessive soap, artificial lemon, perfume, spices, white sugar, massive ginger,… Whatever spices are in here, they are massive excessive, this seems heavy even for Fantôme, if am going for ginger on this one plus other stuff, base carries light fish guts. Ginger & soap body. Too much spices, too much soap, perfume, cleaning product notes,… Different kind of disappointing from recent Fantôme’s, not that bad really. Just lots of spices, it passes partially but I wouldn’t want to drink a whole bottle of it. Expensive as usual but at least the money is for charity.

thnx to ships ! Pours cloudy orange, small white head. Smell is lemongrass. fresh hay. Taste is sharp, oranges, bit yeasty, some hay. Indeed ( as Eugene whispers in his creepy kid-ghost voice ) some ginger ! Pretty different, the way we are used to by this brewery.
