Nice fresh sourish beginning. Very dry. Sourish lemon, hints of grain. Very nice fitting, great deep fresh with a nice sourish grainy aftertaste. Great stuff!

Trübes goldenes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch nach Gewürzen, Ingwer, Hefe. Der Geschmack ist würzig, Minze, Ingwer, hefig, interessant!

Orange color with tan ring. Aroma is spicey, wit-like, but strong. Nice citrus aroma, lots of spiciness as well. I like it.

Craft Clerkenwell. Bottleshare. Thanks to Matteo. Very hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy with decent fine carbonation. Super light malts, mildly sweet. An interesting floral - nutty -- dandelion vibe. Savoury generic fruits, touch of sherbet. Light finish. Interesting and drinkable.

Bottle at Craft Clerkenwell, thanks to Matteo. It pours murky dirty blonde with a thick white head. The nose is cracker, paper, musty, bready malts, festive spice, cinnamon, stewed orange and tangerine. The taste is crisp, bitter, lemon peel, green apple, lemon - lime, spice, herbal, earth, wood, mild acidity, chalk and minerals with a dry, fruity finish. Medium body and moderation. Sweet - sour character throughout. A bit unbalanced.

Bottle shared at the Craft Beer Co. Clerkenwell pre-Christmas tasting - London. Many thanks to Mr. Fantome himself, Matte-O. Pours cloudy gold with a creamy, white head. The aroma holds tangerine, some dough bread, wheat, light peach and melon. Light sweet flavor with subtle funk, barnyard, tangerine, more peach. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Fruity and citrusy at the end, with light alcohol notes poking through, more tangerine, pale bread, wheat. A nice saison here.

Bottle split at the pre xmas tasting #Juan, thanks to Matteo, 09/12/15. Hazed orange amber with a moderate off White covering that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is floral, yeast esters, straw, light bread, melon, apricot, spice. Taste comprises herbal notes, peppery spice, earthy, straw, bitter orange, apricot, ginger trace. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Ok saison.
