The secrets to the perfect, fresh taste of Kasztelan Unpasteurised is the omission of pasteurisation and the original recipe from the Sierpc Brewery.
Smak Kasztelana narodził się w Sierpcu. Nasze piwo warzymy korzystając wyłącznie z naturalnych, wyselekcjonowanych składników: polskiego słodu jęczmiennego, dwurzędowego jęczmienia, krystalicznie czystej wody i starannie dobranych odmian chmielu. To właśnie ich umiejętne połączenie wraz z doświadczeniem naszych piwowarów nadaje Kasztelanowi smak uczciwie uwarzonego piwa.

500ml can shared by djoeye. Fading white head to a clear, straw yellow coloured body. Lacing rings down the glassware. Modest aroma of sweet grain. Flavour of faint caramel with mid-sweet fruits beneath. Short ending. Oily palate, medium bodied. Straightforward lager (Tromsø 30.01.2014).
