Bottle. Color: Orange amber to ruby, light beige head. Aroma: Caramel, malt and hop. Taste: Over moderate to medium sweet and bitter, caramel, hints of dark fruit, subtle herbal notes and floral hop. Hints of nuts. Medium body, slightly below average carbonation, bit foamy ans sirupy mouthfeel. Overall a nice sweetish but also hoppy Bock.

From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours a beautiful dark amber with red reflections. Aroma is weak, of malt. Body is relatively dense. Taste is sweet at first, with a nice bitterness coming up later. Finish is medium-long with moderate bitterness and sweetness.

Draft at the pub. This one was slightly more bitter than the regular bock, But still pretty tasty. Decent stuff.
