[2/3/16] Draught at Faction Brewing in Alameda. Clear golden. Aroma of oniony leafy hops. Flavor has sweet malt and bitter leafy hops. Medium-bodied.

Tap @ Beer Temple (5 oz. sample). Clear golden color. Uneven off-white head. Aroma’s of resin and citrus, with some citrussy acidity retronasal and light dark malts. Flavor is moderate bitter and light to moderate sweet. Light bodied. Finish is rather bitter. Better in the aroma than in the flavor, but still OK.

Tap at Beer Temple, 21st January 16. Smells great, aromatic floral hops, taste is very refreshing, perfume hops, Aromatic and citrus flavour. Good stuff

On tap at Man in the Moon. A bit hazy light amber with a white head. Fresh with hops, grapefruit, pineapple and some mango. Also some malt. Medium body and bitterness. Kind of easy to drink.

Orange with a white head. Juicy and tropical hops with a decent backbone of caramel malt. Not at all a hop bomb. Finished with medium bitterness. A flavor first pale ale full of tropical goodness. Very nice.

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours pale amber with a near white head. Aroma seems citrus mosaic. Med body. Flavor is citrus, mosaic, moderately roasted malt and an almost dank, and definitely bitter finish. Nice APA.

Sample at the taproom. Pours a clear orange color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily. Strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of hops, fruit and sweet malt. Light-bodied with flavors of citrusy hops, tropical fruit and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a fruity hops aftertaste. Solid APA all around.

Tap@Faction. Pours clear pale golden with a small off-white head that dissipates quickly with nice lacing. Aroma is light overall, with citrus, tropical notes, passionfruit, some dankness. Flavor is light as well, dank forest floor, citrus, minimal sweetness and lightly bitter. Light body, watery mouthfeel.
