Bottle from Pita Inn, Naperville. Looks frightening, but I don't run across a chance to tick Saudi Arabia that much.
Hey, at least it's all-malt, but work added sugar. Some hop in the taste, so we have that. Pours fizzy barley pop yellow, looking more like a soda pop, with equally fuzzy head. Smell is just some faint barley pop, no hop detected. But, oh, there is some hop in the taste, so we have that. Still has the grainy, agricultural feel of any Malto Goya. Just like a Malto, it's pretty clear there was no fermentation involved, which I know would still leave 0.5% abv. Well, I knew what I was getting, so no regrets, and glad this is NOT my only choice.

Bottle from a small supermarket around the corner from my hotel in Riyadh.
Yeah, it looks like a beer. Unfortunately when you sniff it everything goes wrong. Malt and old corn dominate. Oh dear.

Bottle: Chugged from the bottle like it was a real beer. Aroma is malty. Taste is full body malt, little aftertaste.

Bottle at BBT 8/2024 vol.2, shared by Cuso, many thanks. Lots of wortiness. Medium bitterness, medium sweetness. A bit of astringency. Med-light grassy earthy hoppiness too, surprisingly. Someone really tried to make something here. Not the worst non-alcoholic beer, too much wortiness but what can you do.

BBT june 2024 second round. Golden color with white head. Ugly malty aroma with oxidation, wort. Heavy oxidized beer, moderate hoppy, wort.

Bottle 0.33l from Lulu Hypermarket, Riyadh. Clear, deep gold colored. AROMA- malty. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately bitter, malty, some hops. Light bodied. Not bad in fact.

Pours yellowish amber with a frothy white head, some lacing. Aroma of dough. Taste has some syrup, some bread hints, mild mellifluous notes. Palate has more artificial corn syrup notes. Bad.

Bottle, 330 ml at ice cream stand at Petra, Jordan. Clear dark gold with short lasting white head. Stinks, cardboard, sweet, sugary, artificial, light bodied.
