Can. Grassy hops, citrus and passion fruit in the aroma. Malty yet dry, almost oily hopbitter flavor with grassy hops and passion fruit. Slightly herbal. Lovely!

Son plus gros problème pour cette Hazy Sunrise est de passer juste après la Nonkel Hop que je trouve à la fois très bien pensé et exécuté. Ici, nous somme sur une NEIPA, bien exécutée, construite autour d'une amertume vive (bien que parfois un brin agressive) herbacée et sur le résineux. L'accompagnement aromatique manque tout de même pour l'accompagner, ce qui oui fait perdre quelque peu en intérêt. La présence en bouche est également limitée. Plaisante, oui donc, mais légèrement ennuyeuse. En verre, nous sommes sur un blond doré légèrement voilé (EBC) de 20. L'effervescence, marquée, donne naissance à une mousse blanc cassé particulièrement abondante (5 cm d'épaisseur). Le nez est sur une amertume, marquée, avec citron, résineux et herbacé sur les devants de la scène. Le cocktail Mosaic, Citra ne laisse que peu s'exprimer les arômes fruités (la mangue et l'orange sont clairement en retrait), la bière étant réellement autour de cette amertume nette et franche, à la fois herbacée et résineuse. Cependant, avec seulement 20 d'IBU, le houblon est particulièrement bien utilisé (ressenti sur un bon 60). Nous retrouvons ces caractéristiques dès l'attaque, avec un résineux qui tourne très légèrement au plastique. La deuxième bouche présente en complément des arômes poivrés. L’arrière-bouche, tout comme le final est sur une amertume vive pour en devenir légèrement agressive et plus épurée sur le pamplemousse. Bonne longueur et alcool à 7,1 % honnête. En amertume toute !

RB backlog, Bevog Festival 2018. Heavy citrus, peach, mangoes, a hint of spice, TUC crackers. Soft sweetness, tart and lightly bitter. Creamy medium body with soft, small carbonation.

Keg at 73 Enid Street, 03/05/19. Hazed yellow orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is melon, tangerine, citric pith, pineapple, light breads. Taste comprises orange pith, apricot jam, light pine, toasted malts, grapefruit, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with juicy hop bitterness. Decent enough IPA.

Tap at TCBW. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Juicy, pineapple, a bit pellety aroma. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Juicy, pineapple flavour. Quite standard neipa.

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy yellow-ish color. Aroma is slightly dry grassy, weeds, leafs, fruit stones, moss, wet grass, hay, flowers, dried fruits, dusty hops, light malts, citrus peel, oatmeal. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish grassy, leafs, weeds, fruit stones, minerals, bark, hay, flowers, lawn, moss, soil, oatmeal, paper, harsh citrus peel. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish grassy mouthfeel. Fair enough, not really my cup of coffee.

Tap. Unclear orange golden color with thick white head. Strong citrus hoppy aroma with tropical fruits. Taste, hop ccentered beer with some caramel. Long fruity hoppy finish. Good.
