750ml bottle. Murky Orange pour, with a medium off white head. Aroma is quite tart, strong lemon, coriander and lactic sourness. Very effervescent carb, and a nice lively mouth feel. The finish is very tart, lots of funky notes, lemon zest, light spice and a strong round raspberry finish. This was really nice.

Oh its a sweet tart raspberry sour. I'm not thrilled with the wine glass it came in, but it even smells like a wine.

Pours a hazy yellow with suspended yeast. It smells of funky, tart berries, malt, and booze. The flavor is puckeringly tart with berries, oak, and malt. The abv is hidden. Bottled on 7/13/2016. It’s holding up after over six years but keep in mind that this is a very tart beer, so make sure that’s to your taste.

Bottle sample at tasting at Yoav's place. Cloudy yellow. Funk, spices, oak, a bit of berries, stone fruits, sour, juicy. Very nice.

Lys brun klar med hvitt skum. Lukter bringebær, jordbær, svovel og epler. Middels fylde. Sur, noe syrlig. Sure bringebær, syrlige grønne epler og rognebær. Tørr.

Aroma of barnyard funk and raspberry from the bottle. Very low carbonation, and the head quickly fades entirely. Moderately tart with raspberry and the alcohol gives it a heavy quality that I am not sure is better than a lighter beer with these flavors. A hint of wheat sweetness

2015er Jahrgang. Optisch apricot, trüb. In der Nase blumig, Champagner. Im Trunk frisch, schnell knallig sauer, hohe Carbo, Sekt, Aprikose, keine Spur alkoholisch, sehr prickelnd.

(Keg, 2017 vintage, at Sori Taproom, 20191122) The beer poured amber and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had tartness, wood and malts. Palate was medium bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were wood, tartness, vomit, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was tart and bitter. A rather tart brew with not so good drinkability. Musty as well.
