Bottle in Hurghada, Egypt. Pour clear golden with nice, white head. Malty aroma, quite sweet but balanced. Surprisingly nice and easy to drink, the alcohol is also well integrated. One of the best Egyptian beer I have tasted. More body and flavour than the watery pale lagers. (Backlog - tasted 2009-12-10)

Can at local tasting, as Meister Max 8% Lager Beer, shared by our beerpal Olav. Pale yellow colour, moderate white head. Terrible industrial aroma, chemical waste and raw alcohol. Disgusting sweetish chemical flavour. Undrinkable.

Opening beer of the First Snowfall of the Season tasting in Odense. Golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of cardboard, rust and DMS. Sweet caramel flavour with a little alcohol at the end, but reasonably well hidden for the strength
