Bottle. It’s a hazy, dark golden beer topped by a dense, off-white head leaving some rocky lacing. The aroma has a yeasty touch in the back, with some candy sugar, generic fruityness, a touch of pine cones and some alcohol and spiced notes. Canned pears, resins and pine cones, a generic fruityness and white sugar in the flavor. Some peppery hints too. It’s warming and full-bodied, with a soft carbonation. A decent one, but not so good that it tempts to repeat. 151009

Bottle 500ml @ Parent’s place
Pours hazy deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of mal,t dried fruits, alcohol, floral and sugar. Taste is medium to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long warm and dried fruity finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

My goodness. It tasted like a bad homebrew. Fermented rotten fruits, and alcohol. Ugh. Maybe something has gone wrong with this bottle. Looked ok. Clear deep copper color with a fine off white head. The rest was…..kitchen sink.

Bottle at KØ15. Yeasty aroma. Almost clear golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is chalky and yeasty. Good and mild. Low bitterness.

Bottle, KØ15. Pours clear straw with airy white head. Sweetish and citric roma of hops, malt and fruit. Sweetish, fruity and malty taste with bitterish, hoppy notes. Sour-sweetish aftertaste. Okay but nothing special.

500 ml bottle. Unclear orange body with a rather small, but lacing off-white head. Aroma is sweetish malt, spicy yeast and hint of honey. Sweet malt with refreshing citric fruit, hint of oranges and oranges zest, spicy yeast and some alcohol as well. The flavor feels quite refreshing even if it’s pretty sweet. Fine balanced full body and OK aftertaste. Quite a nice and enjoable triple with a twist.

Bottle 500ml. [ As Malmgård Emmer Tripel ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, caramel, moderate yeasty, fruity, phenol. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, fruity, yeasty, phenol, dried fruit sweet. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20141227]

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is light grassy, phenolic and toasted. Toasted malty. Light breadish. Toasted and slight sweet malty finish.

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and something odd - probably the emmer. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 271214
