Bottle, 8.3%. Clear dark yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, grainy, corn, little caramel and yeast. Flavour is malt, grainy, corn, medium sweet, yeast, spices, little orange peel, medium bitter with notes of alcohol.

Bottle @ Højbjerg juletasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, grass, fruits, cheese and hops.

Bottle. Frothy White good mostly deminishing head. Moderate malty and light hoppy and light yeasty aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Bottled@SBWF2014. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some slight herbal and mild sweet notes as well. Flavour is sweet grains, some floral and earthy notes along with a slight alcohol sweetness and toffee.

Bottle (Stockholm Beer Festival 2014) - Amber in colour. Peach, yeast, yoghurt and apricot in the aroma. Slightly sweet taste with peach, yeast, apricot and sultanas. Very easy to drink for the strength.

Bottled at SBWF. Hazy amber, small head. Rubbery smoke, elderflowers and buckwheat. Sweet with medium-full body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramelly with marzipan and rubbery smoke. Low bitterness.

Sample at SBWF 2014. Almost clear golden with a white head. Aroma and taste of alcohol, light spices, malt and candy. The finish was long.
