We indulged in our desire to create an IPA that personifies the vivid flavors that can be coaxed from the hop cone, painted on a canvas of soft malt that allows the flavors to shine through. Extensively hopped in the kettle and in the fermentor, we spared nothing in making this beer.
Epiphany was designed to showcase the glorious flavor and aromatics of hops without any astringent bitterness.
Citrus, tropical fruit and pine blend to provide you with a sublimely juicy hop experience.

Pours a cloudy golden yellow, with almost no head and quite a few floaty bits. Aroma is grassy, with some citrus. Flavor is very hop-forward, with lots of pine/spruce, a touch of grass, and maybe some slight citrus elements. It isn’t bad.

Tap. Three Penny Taproom, Montpelier, VT. Hazy gold. Frothy, mostly lasting, white head. Nose has spritzy citrus. Notes of mandarin, melon skin and passion fruit. Some aspirin like minerality. Taste is rich, juicy bitter. Medium body, with some lip stickiness going on. Bitterness stays the course, with some of the minerality at the end.

Draft at Churchkey. Cloudy golden color. Aroma of mixed lemony fruit. Taste is bright bitter fruit. Very tasty.

16oz can thanks to darrel. pours out out a hazy gold topped with a white head. Nose is big fruity pineapple candy mango melons and a nice malty sweetness. Taste is great big tropical fruit sweetness hop rich malts. This is nice.

Pours hazy gold into a tulip. White head with little retention recedes to mottle surface. Tropical fruit and pine aromas. Soft with hot caramel, mango and passion fruit upfront turning to citrus pith in the lasting finish.

Can shared at CBC Clapham, 2/10/2015. Many thanks to Scopey for this one. Translucent yellow / straw coloured pour with a lasting halo of white head. Aroma is lovely big tropical fruit hop with mango and passion fruit, bready malts and pithy citrus. Flavour is composed of pithy lemon, mango and tropical fruit, light wheat grains, with a nice drying finish. Palate is sticky hop with a nice dry finish, high carbonation. Lingering pithy citrus ion the finish. Very nice.

Poured from a can. Aroma is rather hop forward with a light cracker malt backbone note. Lots of citrus, both grapefruit and orange. Medium light oniony dank note and some light pine resin. Medium tropical fruit and light melon notes. Pours a hazy, somewhat bright, golden orange with a medium large, moderateky thick, white head that exhibits good retention. Medium lacing and medium small legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with medium light cracker malt notes that linger into the finish. Medium high to high bitterness, but not harsh at all. Light alcohol spice. Moderately strong hop flavors of citrus, tropical fruit and pine. Lighter onion and melon notes along with some stone fruit. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Oats add a nice silkiness. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice beer. Good, complex and interesting hop flavors and aromas with a nice, light malt presence. Alcohol is there, but in the background.

Craft Clapham. Route 66 event with most of the London crew. Can share by the Scopester - cheers Paul. Lightly hazy gold - orange beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and minerally crisp. Smooth malts bring medium creamy sweetness. Good piney hops with some hop skunk supporting. Touches of fresh orange and marmalade underneath. Tangerine and lemon in the light semi dry finish. Very nice.
